Return Policy: Within a 10 day review period, if you are not satisfied with the product, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase, provided the product is new, unworn and still tagged.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from any credit. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" the actual cost of shipping your item will be deducted from your refund. To determine these costs please refer to the Shipping Section of our site.
To return your product, please email us at sales@beadedtreasure.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Please include your name, order number, date of purchase and the reason for your return; without this information, your refund cannot be processed.
We will E-mail you an RMA # (Return Material Authorization) within 5 days of receipt. It is recommended that you ship your package back with delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Please mark the package with the RMA #.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take one to two billing cycles for the appropriate refund to appear on your credit card statement.
